A pair of customized swords, part machine forged and hand forged made with the help of the brigade’s technician, GiA. A self-heating mechanism is installed on each sword, mainly focused on the midsection of the blades. The red linings embedded across act as indicators which will light up when the mechanism is activated due to high thermal radiation, the energy itself is triggered only after a certain amount of force and acceleration applied on to a rotating motion. During activation, the blades gradually gain temperature rise before eventually they turn burning hot, stopping just right below the blades’ melting point (temperature indicated by the glow of the swords, shifting from faint red to bright white when the mechanism hits maximum temperature, which is not so far above 1,400 °C).

Each blade consists of two compounds. The upper part of the blade is composed of mainly tungsten, having to be able to withstand the heat, and the lower part of the blade being a further synthesized and enhanced ‘tamahagane’. The lower part of the blade is exchangeable whenever broken, which is an unlikely situation. The hilt of each swords is equipped with a cooling mechanism to neutralize the heat, wrapped with thermal resistant fiber for safe handling. A fingerprint sensor is installed within the hilts for the blades to recognize one sole owner. That being said, no one else but Lea himself is the only person who can actually utilize the swords.

Aside from the swords, the sheaths are also customized as they lock on to the swords’ right the second they detect the blades, not allowing others to pull the swords out aside from their owner.

When none of these features are activated, the GX-30017 is just a  plain pair of swords with high durability.

[ Steel needles]


A set of 21 pure stainless steel needles, each needle with an approximate length of 4.7 inches and approximate weight of 0.0065 lbs. The center of each needle is hollowed from one end to another, just a simple addition to let blood actually flow out from the gap after penetrating victims.  The built of each needle is sturdy enough, allowing it to actually pierce through skulls if someone takes the time to hammer it in.

A mask. He only wears it out during missions. The first intention of putting the mask on is less on the hiding identity side, but it was to ‘separate’ him from directly seeing his victims, acting as a thin wall for him to get used to killing. As time goes, the ‘wall’ isn’t necessarily needed anymore, but he’s just wearing one now out of habit. Seeing that the object doesn’t really provide any sort of function, except for limiting his view, GiA proposed to upgrade the item into a mini wearable computer.

The overlay visual from the projector helps widens his visual cover area by 30%. The images captured from the camera units transfers immediately to the main motherboard, which then projects out the wireframe of the surroundings right to the retina. The IR proximity sensor alerts him on changes happening within the cover area, also helping him to lock on targets when needed. Data of brigade member IDs stored within the system also allows him to track other rabbits down when needed.

Lea’s outer persona is one of a calm and mature individual. He’s easy to approach by most people with his rather formal friendly character. He keeps most relationships by the line of work, having the responsibility to manage the people in the brigade developed a mindset of keeping things on a professional level. The way he sees co-workers and the way he sees his friends pretty much differs. It’s almost an automatic thing for him to keep a stern principle up when it comes to leading and guiding the regular members. He commands respect, and very much prefers it when others actually listens. He can still tolerate most excuses, but when rules are broken, slim chance he’ll let someone off so easily. To maintain orders in the brigade is a top priority for him, hence, he won’t hesitate when action needs to be taken.

He likes to work alone, independence being a trait he has always have ever since early days. He tends to avoid taking grouped and paired missions as much as he can, knowing that the extra weight and pressure of having to watch over the others tends to break his focus and ended up distracting him more in the end. However, when unavoidable, expect him to do his absolute best in planning everything out for the sake of getting the job done fast, clean, and smooth. Privacy is a serious matter to him, which is also a reason he dislikes talking about private matter to anyone, much less consulting about his problems.

He keeps most of the things troubling him to himself, and most of the times resorts to surrounding himself with work as a medium of distraction. He gets frustrated easily when something goes wrong, and gets more stressed out when it’s something that isn’t so easily fixable. But let bygone be bygone, he will forgive someone if they are aware of what they did wrong and are willing to accept that they indeed, were wrong. Thick-skulled and brick-headed people aside, he’ll sigh matters away after short lecture.

On his break times, mostly after and before more work comes, he’s more laid-back and casual. He likes to go around finding his friends, have small meaningless conversations and pointless chats, bringing them along to the city for walks instead of usual patrols, and just take a breather from everything. That, of course, is when he’s not too overly exhausted. So the very moment he gets the chance to do so, you’ll see him walking around a lot, just doing nothing but seeking for amusement and entertainment.

Lea really does care about his friends, he’s willing to do the very best to offer them aid and assistance. Especially towards the younger ones, he sees them more as siblings rather than independent individuals, causing him to treat most of them like children. He gets worried about them easily, which is partially his fault for over-thinking things he doesn’t need to, but that’s also the part that enables him to really be glad when he sees they’re all okay.

Lea grew up surrounded by humans and was isolated from contacts with other rabbits. He was registered under the care of a human guardian as an attempt to conceal his real parents’ identities and to hide the fact that he was ever related to them. His official papers were altered in such a way that he could enter private schools and fake his identity as a rabbit easily without being questioned, with a hefty sum of money to go along with it of course. What his parents’ job was and who they were working for was never revealed to him, and the human who was listed as his guardian was someone under contract with the same company. When Lea turned seventeen, he was informed that his parents were captured by P.O.S.R.A for trying to sneak out of the city. Whether that was a fact, or was there another reason for their sudden disappearance, the topic was left there. Lea left the family house and ran away to end up passing out near the slums. An ex-BJBB member found him and recommended the place as a fresh ground to start a new life. Lea trained under the rabbit for a solid couple of years before finally setting off to join the brigade.

• No longer a complete catastrophe in kitchens..ish.
• Presentable appearance is something he takes to mind, apparently.
• Since he hates his clothes getting damaged so much, he eventually gets a new set of wardrobe constructed from enhanced bullet resistant aramid based fabrics along with an addition of graphene coating.
• He’s able to adapt to various sword fighting styles, enabling him to easily switch to the one he sees fitting to the situation.
• Jumping up to 4-5 floors up in one go is not a problem to him.
• He’s good with recognizing voices and sounds. His ears are highly sensitive with enhanced sense of hearing that allows him to identify a person merely by the sound of their footsteps if he's familiar enough with said person.
• He claims to not have any preferences when it comes to girls as long as they’re nice, but it’s not rare he tends to treat most of them as either ‘sisters’ or ‘members to keep an eye on/ take care of’. (so yeah---uh--good luck to those trying to get out from the sister zone)
• He’s easy to ‘bribe’ with furry animals, cats especially.
• He loves to cheat… a lot. So long as it’s to get what he wants.
• He chose to enter Clubs purely because the symbol looks like a clover, though not four-leaved, but close enough.
• Lives off gambling, risk, and luck.
• He's not sure of what exactly happened to his parents, and simply assumed that they're dead.

Chiffone: the only human girl who matters to him a lot right now. She's one of the main reasons why he's working hard to change things for the better and he'd do everything just to make sure she's safe.


[ Trumps ]

• Mei: A rabbit whose existence equals to one of a younger brother to Lea. He tends to treat him like this small boy who had just learnt how to walk, even though fully aware that Mei’s all grown up and is fully capable of taking care of himself. Ever since the POSRA incident, he finds it even harder to talk to Mei as he’s not entirely sure of how he should approach the boy. Nevertheless, he’s hoping that one day he’d be able to find a time to reconnect with the younger rabbit.
• Aster: The sole existence Lea as much as possible tries to avoid encountering. Though he does sometimes find the fun in just annoying the heck out of the rabbit…oh the irony.
• Sven:
• GiA: A rather whiny teen who’s surprisingly very good at what he’s doing...only when the boy is in his workshop. Any matters concerning dealing with the members, Lea can’t possibly rely on him for that.
• Eli: The only female Trump in the group. Lea doesn’t tease her paycheck as much as he used to anymore. Guess he finally give his proper approval.
• Mathiu: he’s not personally acquainted with the rabbit, but Lea knows that Mathiu is a good person… especially when Sven and GiA both depend on the rabbit’s cooking so much… thank you for the food.
• Huang: old….man….


[ Elite Team ]

• Freya: Lea cares about Frey, a lot, in a sense that he feels somehow obligated to protect her, guessing it’s because of the fact that he saved her when they first met. Though that obligation soon turns into his own will as he stays with the girl longer. He’s not able to describe it well, but her presence means a lot to him. Frey recently turned into a legit self-proclaimed adopted sister(?) as he asked her to move in to his old house. He knows life would be different without her, and he's sure Frey thinks the same way too.
• Erin: A rather air-headed girl with constant straight face. He randomly talks to her here and there and somehow they become friends...sort of.
• Yui: A girl he randomly bumped into one day. For some reason they started ‘bonding’, which then leads to them becoming ‘friends(?)’, and ends with her calling him ‘mama’ now. Lea supports her headstrong will to become Aex’s wife.
• Aexael: A very fun to mess around with rabbit. Lea first knew him through Yui, and eventually took interest in both of them. Aex seems to have some anger management issues...which is funny to witness when it’s not directed towards him. The young man seems to hold some sort of an unexplainable grudge towards Lea after finding out that Lea’s a Trump. Aex calls him ‘dada’.
• Ryu: One of the view rare seniors in BJBB actually wielding swords. Ryu’s his first choice of partner for spars whenever he’s purely bored, and he can rely on the man when needing extra help.
• Aldrovandini Twins [Nico & Diana]: A very troublesome pair, yet their capabilities somewhat cover up their negative side. He met the two tiny devils troublemakers at the black market area, after the both of them tried to shoot him down.


[ Friends ]

• Kirsche: Another boy he treats like a younger brother, and a very important friend. Kirsche seems to always have a mind of his own in an interesting way, and like Mei, the boy is always a good company to have when he needs someone to put a smile on his face for the day.
• Layne: A very wild yet interesting girl who’s already almost like a younger sister to him (though he’s glad they’re not actually related directly). Layne’s way of thoughts tends to bring stress to him but she also holds the essence of fun. He’s worried about the dose of sugar she takes regularly….
• Vanilla: the girl used to be the source of his biggest headache, but ever since she got out of her isolation, he noticed that her hazardous nature has toned down for the better. Nowadays, the girl often pops up around him more frequently than in the past, and he’s more than glad to know that his previously bad impression on her has changed.
• Chiaani: They dated for a short while but things sort of fade down between them and it wasn't really working. Since Chi left the brigade, he hardly finds the time to contact her.
• Xenon: The only medic he actually trusts in the brigade. Xen is like a brother completely unrelated by blood, and he’s glad to have Xen with him when they’re both stressing out over work.
• Jacqueline: A peculiar girl he grew very close to. Knowing that Jacq (or Eline as he calls her) has a complicated past, he quite enjoys watching her learn new things and accompany her through the process. He sometimes wonder if being with Jacq is what it feels like to have a daughter-----.
• Aislynn: Someone he randomly met one day in the brigade in midst of his busy days. The girl offered to help him with documents, and her position turned into somewhat of a personal secretary(?) and coffee brewer to him.
